Hey, I'm Tania! Wife, Mom of 3, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Sleep consultant.
My background is in behavior science, which means understanding WHY behavior happens, what maintains it, and how to create meaningful, lasting change.

When I became a mom, I saw how quickly sleep can impact everything. Not just at night, but your patience, your energy, and how you show up throughout the day.

What I’ve found is that most sleep struggles aren’t about one moment. They come from patterns that build over time.
What your child has learned, what they expect, and what’s being reinforced, often without realizing it. That’s the lens I bring into my work.
